  • 1 package (8 oz) of cream cheese, thawed, sliced into small squares; if the cream cheese is softened, use dollops of it

  • 1 cup (240 ml) of milk

  • 2 eggs

  • 2 cups (260 grams) of original Bisquick™ mix

  • 1/4 cup (21 grams) of crushed graham crackers

  • 1/2 cup (100 grams) of sugar

  • Cooking spray or vegetable oil

  • 1 container of freshly cut strawberries, sliced

  • 1/2 cup strawberry syrup

  • Whipped cream (any choice)

  • Powdered sugar

Edit Steps

  1. Heat up a skillet coated with vegetable oil or cooking spray to a medium-high heat.

  2. Mix the pancake mix, graham cracker crumbs, sugar, milk, and eggs together. Don't overmix, and don't leave lumps in the batter.

  3. Pour a little less than 1/3 cup into the skillet. Wait until you see bubbles form on the top and then flip.

  4. Allow the pancake to finish cooking, the edge can be lifted to see if it has browned or is cooked with a spatula or other kitchen tool.

  5. Mix the sliced strawberries and syrup in a bowl.

  6. Add a pancake to a plate. Cover it evenly with whipped cream on top.

  7. Add another pancake on top. Drizzle the strawberries/syrup mixture on top of the pancake. Add a layer of the cream cheese slices or dollops on it.

  8. Top it with shredded chocolate, or more syrup, powdered sugar, and enjoy.
