How to Make Exfoliating Soap

Do want to make your skin nice and soft? Don't splurge on expensive exfoliating soap at the store. Make your own!

Edit Steps

  1. Put your liquid soap in a small container.

  2. Add salt or sugar, depending on your skin type. If you have sensitive or dry skin, use sugar. If you don't, use salt.

  3. Use a spoon or finger to give it a stir.

  4. When mixed evenly, dump it back into a soap dispenser.

  5. Use normally.

Edit Tips

  • Shake the container before every use.

  • Don't add too much sugar or salt. Just a little will do.

  • Some sawdust can be added, instead of salt or sugar, to make a powerful hand cleaner to get rid of grease or grime.
